About WeCare Club Global

WeCare Club Global is a dynamic, Christocentric non-profit organization committed to promoting and developing a culture of transformational leadership, personal responsibility, and community impact among children, teens, youths, women, and senior citizens. Rooted in compassion and driven by purpose, we work tirelessly to create platforms where marginalized individuals can be empowered to discover and maximize their innate potential—one life at a time.

Founded in 2018 under the vision of Arrows Leadership Development Foundation ALDEF, WeCare Club International was inspired by the childhood passion of a 13-year-old boy who fasted for 40 days with a singular heartfelt prayer—to be empowered to help the helpless. Today, that vision has grown into a global movement with active outreach and tailored programs dedicated to holistic human development and leadership transformation.

MISSION

To work with poor and excluded children, teens, young adults, and women by providing relevant technical education and life-applicable human skills that spur their innate potential and promote holistic development—ultimately creating a self-sufficient, prosperous generation.

VISON

To inspire and promote the development of Leadership Culture Conscientiousness and positive behavioral change in children, teens, youths, men/women, and senior citizens—one person at a time through strategic educational initiatives.

At WeCare Club Global, we empower lives and unleash potential. Our customized, life-transforming programs are designed to:

  • Equip the marginalized with skills that promote holistic development.
    • Inspire transformational leadership in the next generation.
    • Ignite passion for education and reduce societal vices among youth.
    • Promote transparency, accountability, and ethical behavior as guiding values for future leaders.

Since inception, WeCare Club Global has impacted over 1,500 teens in Warri, Delta State alone, with plans to expand to all local government areas in Nigeria and extend our reach internationally.
